remembering Frivolity

It's been a couple of months since I recorded this but I haven't shared.

Listen (and watch, if you like) as Andrea and I discuss ways to become more frivolous. I think it's a really good time for me to remember that a little Frivolity is very good for the soul.

Sometimes I forget that you are in Ottawa. The Nordic Spa is one of my favourite treats, as is Bridgehead :) Your idea was very interesting, and I like the combination of ideas, animation and conversation. Great stuff! ~Catherine

Catherine, until 2 days ago, I didn't realize you were in Ottawa. Not sure why I assumed Toronto but I did...I've never been to the Nordik. I've always been afraid of lymphedema post surgery but I've been assured that there are lots of alternatives. If you've done it, I should.

It's really a nice experience. There are a variety of saunas - some are just warm while others are too hot. And they have this salt-water pool where you can float around and mellow out. I'd say it's well worth a visit, Laurie. (For whenever you want to treat yourself!)

OK. I'm sold. Thanks for the encouragement.
