sulking

I really don't want to go to chemo tomorrow.

After two weeks off, I feel really good.

And I'm too busy for chemo.

Of course, I will go. But I don't have to be happy about it.

And I'll try to imagine the chemo zapping all the stray cancer cells, tomorrow. And then the Herceptin getting anything the chemo misses.

But tonight, I'm pissed off.

I think I'm going to go pour myself a scotch.

Look Girl,

You have 2 more seconds to be pissed off. And then that's it. Think of it as getting your super powers re-charged. I am having a bottle of 120 Sauvignon Blanc 2006. Maybe the whole fucking bottle. So get over your pissed off self and concern yourself with kicking breast cancer ass. I have grown to enjoy your blog and I want to see it continue. So do your part Sister. I am cheering in the midst of all my drama.

If I were you, I'd think about the cancer, which must be shitting itself, thinking that you're going to chemo tomorrow to destroy it some more!
:-)

(PS. I tagged you. Come to DIYnotdie and see what it's about.)
Love!

Reads like you have it covered - the scotch 'n' all. All those things you have to do will keep. You've got time. So drink to that. Hope to see you soon.

Will be thinking of you today.

And next time - add some good chocolate truffles with your nightcap. I hear it brings out your supernatural powers!

I think anger is healthy. I grew up in a house with lots of anger but I was not supposed to express mine. I think there is a big difference between being pissed off and wallowing, which I do on occasion (but not too often).
Thanks to all of you who joined me in the nightcap and next time, I will definitely add a truffle.

Sister,
We all have our days, weeks when sulking is our very best selves at the moment. hhmm truffles, I bet I can find dairy free ones!

How are you feeling today?

Crappy thanks! But I know I will gradually improve over the next few days and feel pretty much like myself by Saturday.
As for the dairy free truffles, how about ones made from very dark chocolate?

Back in December of 2006 I was diagnosed with stage III Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I took time off from my job while I was getting slammed with ABVD chemo. During that time, I looked around for some rude and crude cancer humor shirts and just could not find any I liked.

I decided to start my own online t-shirt shop.

You don't have to buy, but please spread the word.

Thanks, and best of luck to you,
Ryan

Who couldn't sympathize with what you said regarding chemotherapy. I hope you will consider a product called Immunocal. I am a distributor and a believer in the product. It is a specially formulated whey protein derived from milk. It's considered a supplement and doesn't interact with medication, but ask your doctor before considering the product. It raises your glutathione levels high assisting your immune function to work optimally. There is an association with low or no glutathione levels with aging, disease and death. There are cancer testimonials of how after taking this product and having chemotherapy that they did not have any side effects and eventually became cancer free even after having stage four cancer. Please visit my website at immunotec.com/gregoryl@aol.
