coldest January 24th in recorded history

It was -30C (-22F) or -38C (-37F) with the wind chill when I got up this morning. It was that cold yesterday too. I did go out yesterday but I didn't take a picture.

Zoom did, though.

It had warmed up to a balmy -21C (-6F) by the time I went for my run this afternoon. See the frost on my coat?

This is a very boring post. I wish I had something more interesting to say.

It's interesting to those of us engaged in a sick competition about whose toes are the coldest. ;)

I don't think it's boring. I love seeing the picture of you with frost on your clothes. That's fun! : )

Besides, sometimes it's nice to read about someone who undergoes cancer treatment having a "normal" life, like going out running.

That's cool in and of itself!

I recall last year when I was bald my head being so cold, I resoted to sleeping with a wooly cap on....

No matter how cold it is, I have to have my window open a little, I have pulled out my hat a few times this past season....

Actually, I kinda like reading about some place that is colder than Wisconsin! And you go out running in the cold too! Nothing boring about that! I'll stick to my treadmill til it warms up a bit.
